I rather have this guy create his own thread and spread whatever ideas he might have about his country. Diplomatic ties between the two countries no longer exist, and I have no interest in having a dialog with him, particularly because his level of analysis doesn't meet certain quality and knowledge standards.

I an a retired Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) member having 41 1/2 yrs continuous service with a wealth of experience in co-ordinating Command and Control and Tactical Data Links.
