A few more simple things regarding to the theme;
this little green thing has a stange flashy animation and disturbs while reading a post.
And main thread titles has a different animation, it is both underlined and brackets appear on the sides, while the mouse is hovering it feels " laggy" eventhough it is not, i think simple underlines could be enough since these titles are already bold

Just my personal opinion, the new order has made it harder to follow threads - developments in distinctive fields, and became more confusing (just the way PDF was).
For example, all naval programs are compressed in a single thread, the same will happen (or has happened) for missiles (which there is both land attack, AA missiles, anti -tank missiles etc) or land vehicles (tank-apc-IFV) as well and will be harder to follow developments in particular projects.
The sub-forums made it easier,

Yellow - Turkish defence forum
Red1 -Subforum 1
Red2 -Subforum 2 ...etc
Green line - end of Turkish defence forum, start of other nation's as a new Forum.

If you are OK with the current form, it is good to go. (y)

While I agree that it makes it harder to follow developments in a certain branch, the current format makes it much simpler to follow a nation as a whole, instead of navigating between 4 or more sub-forums.

But I guess there are advantages and disadvantages to everything. If we can create a system which displays a country's entire threads in one page, but also has sub-forums where you can view particular thread types (such as naval only), then that would be the perfect solution.

If the latter can be achieved it can be the best.
The yellow becomes Turkish defence forum, it can redirect to where all threads are displayed,
and the red ones becomes the subforum which redirects to those particular threads. (as shown in the post quoted below)
In my opinion this nation folder should be exploded, when subforums become available (the way it is now avaliable in Turkish operations sub forum) the levels are increasing.

In itself, the idea is good that everything was summarized in separate forums - and the idea of summarizing the main categories in "sticky threads" is great -
I think the problem is the tiled view, instead of in the form of a list - that would make it clearer if the list was again sorted according to - at the top - global affairs - and below that the respective forums as a list

Either we will need to combine separated threads into single one under name of "Naval programs" "Missile and Torpedoes" etc. the way we had it earlier( on the other side), or will go back to sub-forums.

In my opinion the way we had it in the first time was better, each nation has their own main forum and we could hide the forums which we were not interested in.
Now, when i am in turkish defence forum it is seen as:
Home - Nations -Turkish defence forum - all threads

Before it was:
Home - Turkish defence forum - Subforum - subforums's threads

both has 3 levels and second option seems better stacked and grouped

We need some kind subforum to gather all the relevant post and create better structure without going overboard

Good news! We are currently in the process of implementing a system where sub-forums threads are shown in the main forum. Win-win situation for all of us.
