It is similar, I can show you the news from comment from KF21/IFX project manager from Indonesia. Previously there should be a different in refueling system where IFX will use probe and KF21 will use boom system, but later this year it is confirmed that it will be the same, both using boom system.

Stealth is in the skin ( fuselage ) while Indonesia Aerospace will produce the fuselage components for all KF21/IFX, not only Indonesian IFX. The detail I have already posted above this post.

USA doesnt provide 4 critical technology where one of them will be AESA and this will be developed by Korean with Israel assistance.

The problem with USA in term of Indonesia participation is not due to the application, but TOT coming from USA where it is part of USA promise to Korea after SK bough F 35 from USA. You do understand the difference between TOT and application right ?

She has too much economic point of view, and it may be the possible reason of why Indonesia Aerospace gets funding for N 219 project in early 2014 despite the program has been started around 2004. The fund then being used to make several prototypes ( flyable and static prototypes) and doing test until it gets certification. Sri Mulyani was not Indonesia Finance Minister during second term SBY administration (2009-2014) while she was FM in first term ( 2004-2009). She was in World Bank during her absent as Managing Director. Jokowi has called her since Jokowi first term and she is our FM now.

The deal with South Korea has been reached in November this year, AlhamduliLLAH.

The LTS is rather a tempting to buy co-op proposal. My only complaint is I wanted the UAE to have both the F-35 and LTS and tell me what their red vs blue exercises were like

The geometry will be fifth gen. The engine's stealth character is questionable. And I have read no info about ram coatings so far. TFX will be better than Rafale or Typhoon. But it's too early for it to be compared with other fifth-gen fighters.

Same has been said for F16 as well just be realistic.

Im a supporter of MMU but Just saying It won't be good as F35 tbh design is very good against 4.5 gen fighters this makes MMU a 4.7 jet without stealth engines
