If F15Ex is set to replace F5, I wonder how many new squadron we will have and what fighter will be stationed there.

If weapons is included probably only in small quantities of AA missile, the infrastructure, ground equipment, training etc is priority for first batch, weapons can be ordered later.

Rafale is more expensive to acquire but lesser operational cost than Eagle 2 (and Su35).
