The Russians basically destroyed a few years of the Turkish defence industry with this war against Ukraine. Before domestic stuff are built and tested the Ukrainians were our stop gap solution eventough there is most likely a back up plan. Years has gone along with funding.

You really need to understand why humans form towns, cities, and countries! It isnt just to communicate..... it is to have what is known as a HOME! It is to have ppl who can always have your back in times of need..... it is so that when times gets rough, you can always have a place to sit and relax along with your friends, family and kids..... it is a place where you can be safe.....if we just threw this shit out of the window for termporary gains, then such ppl and country have no dignity

When a foreign entity harms the children of a country, and such country forgets about the grudge, then such a country will be destroyed sooner or later!

Just look at the West, they until now, hates you turks for your achievements during your imperial periods; whether it was the Ottomans or the Seljuks etc..... till this day, they are afraid of a new uprising headed by you turks, till this day they dont like how Ataturk destroyed thier plans of annihilating the turks..... just look at how Germany or France treats the PKK and Turkey differently even though Turkey actually does provide support to them while the PKK just sucks from them.... just look at how the West is agitated by your achievements in the defence industry despite the ongoing embargoes! Hell! Frace even supported its archenemy Russia just to stop Turkey in Libya

I always would be sad when I see turks shitting on their heritage; I mean the Chinese, Greeks, Japanese, amd Russians all wanted to retrieve their legacies even though it fell; thus, I will say it and will always will...... the turks should be proud of their history and achievements..... They should always be proud of their heritage and the several marks they left upon civilisations...... Turkey is more than capable of making what Ukraine could offer to us. We have just been taking shortcuts by resorting to their available products. We have also made arrangements to produce their products in Türkiye which can happen just by transfer of some blueprints and several of their engineers to assist with understanding the plans. We are not at loss there either.

This is another push for us to make everything our own rather than relying on someone else. We have been relaxing by relying on imports while we can push our own development which was already annoying. Now we have to pull our strength together and roll up our sleeves to cover up more of our bases.

I really hope that the A400M of the TSK in Ukraine is still waiting for such scientists and engineers to come to Turkey as Russia may find it a bjt difficult to hit those TSK planes

They are not holding a grudge for we were in their lands, they are pretending like holding a grudge because we are of a different religion and because we are close to Jerusalem where Jews made Christians guardians of. We are a small population compared to Europe and we practically do not threat Europe.

They do hold a grudge for when you were in their lands, mate! A prime example of this is Greece; till this days, the greeks are salivating when they hear the words Izmir and Istanbul. They want it, they believe it is theirs, they believe that it is their heritage

Not just the greeks, even the Saudis are pissed at the Turks, lool. Before the current geopolitical problems, the Saudi royal family was destroying any decent Ottoman structure in Saudi Arabia while preserving the Extremely shitty, poorly built castles built by the former members of Saud, just so that they can tell to their ppl that the only ones who ever ruled this land is the Saudi Royal family!
