I hope this is not true. At least not for Akinci.
No offence to Pakistan, but what does Baykar and more widely the Turkish government gain from exporting arguably the most high-tech equipment in possession to Pakistan other than revenue?
1. On the flip side, all this does is anger India/ worsen relations with a potentially huge export market.
2. Has the potential to enter the hands of Chinese officials who will no doubt take it apart and analyse it to make their own domestic version. (One of the reasons why the US has refused to approve the export of ATAK-129, fearing Chinese possession of US engine technology)
3. Realistically, Pakistan does not need to possess drones of this scale, so Turkey has essentially given Pakistan a sort of propaganda tool.
The only justification for exporting to Pakistan would be the expectation that they would provide some from of nuclear technology. Though this is highly unlikely, given the legality of such actions.
