Please don't be vague. How do you define radicalisation?

Again, calling someone a radical means nothing. What is it that is objectionable?

If he is arrested, arraigned and tried, and found guilty, he is a rapist. How can he not be guilty?

If he is somebody you believe is a rapist, before arrest, arraignment, trial or judgement, then it is your personal opinion, and if you utter it in public, you are guilty of a crime, and may be arrested, arraigned, tried and sentenced.

Two things - some parts of the constitution are beyond the power of the legislature to alter.

For other parts, the legislature can alter the constitution and has done so in the past. Until that amendment happens, what the constitution says IS the law.

Population is getting out of hand , stop polygamy or make it bi directional if you think it's associated with your religion . Making bi directional will ensure its downfall as society in majorly patriarchal and will chose to give up polygamy then giving women equal rights in this .

You did not answer this the last time the question was asked, and again, you seem to be under the impression that there is a Muslim quota. Are you aware that the so-called Muslim quota in general institutions is a quota for poor Muslims?

Do you at all realise that lower caste people are generally poor? Or do you want to bring in one more layer of bureaucracy and certificates to be forged and bribes paid against those forgeries?

There is a Muslim-hating theme in your posts that is disturbing.

It has been converted into a hatred of radicalised international terrorists from the ISIS and other extremist organisations, but it is not clear why the less than a tiny handful who are convinced by the ISIS theology are being used to bully the rest.

It is especially popular among particularly stupid non-Muslims, who believe that the Muslim population rises faster because of polygamy.

If they were educated and literate, they would know that birthrates are calculated on the basis of women; it is a woman's birthrate that is measured, not that of a family of a husband and several wives. Anybody who stops to think for a moment will realise that whether a woman is married to a man with several other spouses or just herself as a single spouse, the birthrate will continue to be the same; it will be measured on her. It is not possible to increase a community's birthrate through controlling polygamy.

It is also a good idea to look at the current demographic studies. It will come as a shock to those who think Hindus will soon become a minority.
