İt's normal. They dont launch like a ballistic missile or artillery rocket angle. They fired him like a missile angle, for that reason they need launching booster for reaching 70 km .

But there is a little another option, real range is trgl-230 will be much more than 70 km with help of this booster. They could be revealed only old trg-230 range. But yes maybe lazer guidance kit is not a heavy but . İt must be decrease his range. İt could be 65 km range. But this boster change is everything.

I think this is just image distortion.
In the video they load the missile, there is no booster. But, Roketsan could if they wanted. Right now the TRLG-230 is so compact, could easily fit on a 6x truck.
