Of course that's what matters. Sometimes, just showing that it can be done without even declaring a capability can have similar political effects. Among the right things made in the development of Turkiye's national defense industry, the most correct one is to be able to produce rational and holistic strategies to achieve some strategic goals. The benefits of civil industrial works are undeniable, when the time comes, parts that seem like separate things come together and change the fate of the region.
SIMSEK 1 seems huge and tall. For military use it needed to be scaled down and miniaturized. Which may take 3/4 years more.

Anyway, i don't think it will have any significant geopolitical effect with only 400 kg conventional warhead. ( Or even it will be an economically wise choice. ) And On top of that, systems like S500, THAAD, DEVID SLING, ARROW II and ARROW III will able to shoot it down. So, to have a notable 'geopolitical effect' on europe, russia and the middle eastern state actors, turkey need an HGV capability with 2000km range. Something similar to chinese DF17 or us LRHW.

Other than that, greece and israel or other regional actors are already well within range of turkish air force. And ( the navy in the near future with the introduction of gazgin )

The SR1 rocket to be launched in 2023 will likely reach over 300km altitude.

Yes it will be in 2023.

The lunar project, which is 100% ours and soft landing, is in 2028.

In the 2023 lunar project, we will go to near-earth orbit with SpaceX. Afterwards, a hard landing will be made on the moon with the DeltaV.

How far reach to ballistic missiles who have altitude 300 km ?
~ 1.200 km

Well, when you look at missiles that travel 1200 km you see that they reach 300km but they are thrown at an angle while space rockets are launched vertically so a comparison would be unfounded.

For a given set initial velocity above graph can be used as a coarse guidance as it gives approximate distances at different launch angles.
A missile that can reach 325km altitude near vertical(87.5 degrees), will travel 80 km distance. For the same initial velocity at 40 degrees launch it will fly as high as 160km and reach 1000km. At 45 degrees the distance should be around 1100km.
But rockets don’t have set initial velocities. They gain speed as they rise up. But nevertheless this graph gives a coarse idea about the sort of distance you can expect from a rocket that can vertically go as high as 300 km.
In order to calculate accurately you need more data relevant to the missile.

Scientific Cooperation Agreement Signed with Swedish Space Physics Institute for Turkey's First Moon Mission

Significant progress has been made in Turkey's Moon Mission (AYAP-1). An agreement was signed between the Swedish Space Physics Institute (IRF) and TUBITAK UZAY on July 5, 2022 at the TUBITAK Space Technologies Research Institute for the scientific payload of the Lunar Neutral Telescope (LNT), which will collect data on neutral particles from the Moon's surface as part of Turkey's first Moon mission.

Within the scope of this agreement, IRF will provide the LNT payload, and TÜBİTAK UZAY will integrate the LNT payload into the spacecraft it has developed for the Moon mission and make the data available to scientists of the two countries. With this workload, it will be possible to conduct research on fundamental subjects such as celestial bodies such as the Moon, whose atmosphere and magnetic field are not strong, and plasma interaction with their surfaces, the contribution of solar winds to the formation of water on the Moon, the formation of mini-magnetospheres and the physics of dust plasmas.

In addition, very productive meetings were held between these two institutions, which are experienced in the field of space technologies, and mutual information exchange was ensured. As a result of this cooperation, an agreement was reached between the two institutions, as well as between Turkey and Sweden, on the expansion of scientific and technological cooperation.

This is news that I can't be happy about, as Sweden is the partner with Pkk.

I think we shouldn't have too much contact with Sweden.

Why not put a satellite in the orbit of the moon first. The scientific output of a hard landing is almost nonexistent

The value would be scientific research. Mapping natural resources on the moon and investigating options for future colonization.

Good but for all of that you want to know how to land on Moon.
Scientists are not stupid at all.
