Don't believe this Havuz Media!

In one part of the news it says "TAI's unmanned fighter will fly in 2023" and in another part of the same text it says "TFX will fly in 2023"!

Thats have no respect for their job!!
I agree with your general opinion, but regarding TAI TISU, we learned every single piece of information in the above news article weeks ago here, and we were happy to experience it together and evaluate the issue together.

Of course, it is true that both the editor's lack of knowledge of the subject and the propagandist editorial style of the publication in question led to a "ver mehteri" style of reporting. However, what interest me is the fact that some of the bits of information that we have already verified here are also being reported on a national level by the mainstream(havuz) media. And if even the national media cannot share anything about the visuals of this system, it means there is something serious going on behind the scenes.

The TAI TISU(or Sinsi-IHA) project, which has been vaguely stated by many officials since 2020, is indeed moving forward. And as stated, this is an unmanned combat aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of more than a few tons. According to some, it is on the assembly line, and according to others, it is ready to make its first flight very soon.

That's the main information. Apart from that, some may argue that we will prevent an alien invasion with TAI TISU, while others may argue that these systems are actually toy airplanes and that the engine is not indigenous. From my point of view, these argues are not remarkable.

I'm working on a more detailed version of what you've done. I am conducting two parallel studies, not only on Turkish Unmanned Systems, but also on Unmanned Marines, Land and Air Vehicles of the Turkish Defense Industry, and on other Defense Industry products as PDF Encyclopedia in Turkish and English Languages as well as Power Point Project, I think it will take a long time to finish.

Great work guys. But I believe this would be better a thing that should be on a dedicated defense wikipedia, like ours on the site here.
Would make it easier to read vs. a pdf or powerpoint.

Actually, I didn't think about it, I have around 20,000 - 30,000 photographs and graphics, including production/Concept and the last Systems in the inventory, including the 1990s and 2000s.
Most of the current photos are available in HD quality, with detailed information and documents in parallel, but unfortunately, it takes a lot of time and effort to set up and publish an Internet Site like you mentioned in a snap.

In 2023 it will make its maiden flight, it is already on the assembly line and there are still no leaks. At this point, it is hard to believe that it is not a stealth-type penetrator aircraft.
I got confirmation by Anıl Şahin, but he doesn't know or want to leak the shape etc.

Even though you are correct, TAI's jet drone will fly in 2023, period

I can confirm that its MTOW maxes at around 8000kg though the typical mission load will be lower than that. That thing is huge like the Kızılelma according to what I heard but it is only designed as an airbase-based system and is not suitable for TCG Anadolu or aircraft carriers.

I hope nothing similar to Anka and Aksungur or something derived from them will emerge. I'm expecting something X-47B, RQ-170 and Neuron type.

ANKA II - AKSUNGUR - piston engines, medium altitude, >750kg payload, 60 hours endurance
ANKA II/B - GOKSUNGUR - Turboprop / Turbofan, Very high service altitude, <2000kg payload, 36 hours mission endurance

STEALTH UAV/S-IHA (currently under development) - Turbofan, internal weapon station, >4000 km combat radius, <3000 ft/min climb, <2000 kg payload, <12-hour mission endurance

STEALTH UAV II/TISU (Future) - Turbofan, internal weapon stations, more less combat radius, >3000 ft/min climb, >2000 kg payload, 4/6-hour mission endurance

(none of this information is official, I am just making guesses by comparing with old documents)

As far as I've heard, the first version is from airbases. Let's see what time will show that the Block 2 model is compatible with the ship.

There is an important detail here: In both the UAV roadmap document published in 2012 and the product-based development roadmap that emerged in 2014, two different stealth turbofan UAVs were referred to. One of these was coded as the Sinsi-IHA/IHA-7 and the other as the TISU/IHA-8. In other words, if this planning is largely valid, which the Aksungur and later the Göksungur project confirms, then on the turbofan side, there will be two penetrator aircraft, one with a very long endurance and the other more agile.

It looks like we need another uav like the RQ-4 Global Hawk that can go to longer ranges and higher altitudes.

It looks like we need another uav like the RQ-4 Global Hawk that can go to longer ranges and higher altitudes.
In my opinion, if the above picture is realized, the only missing point in TAI's UAV product range will be pseudo-satellites/HAPS. That is, a system with a service altitude of over 65K ft and an endurance that can stay in the air for weeks.

Maybe I can tell you based on what I've heard.. A certain amount of distance has been covered on a Global Hawk-style unmanned system at 65,000 feet and above, and an Unmanned Radar aircraft + also an unmanned Tanker aircraft, and the work on an unmanned transport aircraft must have started at a low level, I guess information will come to open sources next year.
