Copying frame design is one thing, making exact same capability is another.Just like every country which attempted to make their own UCAVs used to imitate the US made MQ-9 and its derivatives, we can see now many are trying to clone the sophisticated yet very attractively priced Turkish drones:

Fact is, when you have a combat proven platform, everybody is going to try to copy it.
For example, put tb2 alternatives in the sandstorms of gulf countries, can they operate 24h hours relentlessly. I do not think so.
