So far it is tested on F-16, TurAF has a test-regiment consisting of F-4s (retired), F-16s, and range is reported to be more than 65 km. 65km is the minimum requirement by TurAF, missile is capable of more.Turkey have been developing their own version of AIM-120 called the Peregrine (Gökdoğan).
It's a BVRAAM with an estimated range of 65km.
@Anmdt is this tested using F-16 already?
I doubt if it is "legally" certified. So whatever trick SAGE has pulled there might enable it to be integrated with different platforms. If they have made it possible for F-16, the missile can be integrated on any aircraft which manufacturer supports.Only certified for F16
I can see it can be use for F16 and maybe Boramae (if Idn can persuade Korean enough)So far it is tested on F-16, TurAF has a test-regiment consisting of F-4s (retired), F-16s, and range is reported to be more than 65 km. 65km is the minimum requirement by TurAF, missile is capable of more.

Brand new F-15s wouldn't be possible. What is making RF BVR missiles is the radar guidance and target update. Gokdogan will be used more effectively at greater ranges with a proper AESA radar and data link.I can see it can be use for F16 and maybe Boramae (if Idn can persuade Korean enough)
but F15 and Nassams? I don't think so.
Still, it can release some pressure for AMRAAM demand though.

Indonesia should have bargaining power for the weapon integration. I remember Korea has given green-light for that matter while inviting TR into the project and negotiating matters.
NASAMS is a ground based system with radar integration and so on, so yes not possible unless it is must be done.
In earlier times SAGE wasn't an institution who can produce anything but the prototypes, then leasing the serial production. What how is its production rate?
They must be prioritizing Turkish Air Force demand first.
It doesn't exist yet. And there's no production line atm.Jdam kit turning it become long range stand off missile. Might be good additional for F15ID.
Do we need to deploy Nassams to all our power grid?
Are there any cheaper more effective option?
I never dream we would start designing our own fighter jet after IFX. I just hoping we could open local assembly here, producing some aero parts, and could our weapon of choice to it.
What's your recommendation?frontline fighter
Say hey to this happy boyWe should and also must, aircraft Industry and manufacturing is a must have industry for any large country which has ambition to become global player
The choice is actually plenty as there is several top notch aircraft manufacturing in the US who has several Prototype but lose the government tender because some reason, that's including several excellent platform with good performance and low cost manufacturing but lose because of political issue.
What's your recommendation?
