As Multi layer Air Defence on the ground. Naval based also have same function.

You have LR-SAM for Ballistic missile.
MR-SAM for Fighter, Shorad for low flying airborne, and CIWS for point defence.

Mica is considered Short to medium range SAM. better have it than nothing. There'll be further purchase for the missile, just wait for the budget.

Turkey itself doesn't have good relationship with France (who has great relationship with Greek) to begin with and i have very much great doubt Indonesia would opt for Aster or even MICA system to begin with for the Merah Putih Frigate projects when they finally chose Advent combat system.

Thus from this premise we can narrowing the option for Indonesian Navy Merah Putih Frigate missiles loads...

Edit: they planned to upgrade aster 30 naval to aster 30 B1 in the MLU program.
