I think It is that new name of this missile which emerged as KAGEM: Kemankeş. There is an air intake at the back in the image which make it a jet propelled like cruise missile and there is an optic payload at front like loitering/kamikaze munitions. We're talking about a new type of jet propelled mini cruise missile with this, possibly with turbojet propulsion, optics and wings.
