so according to him, Indonesia will order 2 different system of submarine rescue from 2 different vendor in UK. Total contract of $170 mln.

One is SRVS (Submarine Rescue Vehicle System), the system consist of dedicated mothership integrated SRV installed.

The other one is DSRV (Deep Submergence Rescue Vehicle), this is designed to be the modular one, this system consist of many containerized subsytem that will be assembled and fitted into a Survey Vessel, explained in this video

That's hull price. Indonesia navy procurement is FFBNW most of the time. Only KCR-60 batch 3 has missiles equipped before commissioning.

I'm expecting the same FFBNW pattern with MP frigate.

Don't know but this guy mention around 1,1 billion US dollar fund for the whole project, my bad if ITS true so they actually set aside around 600 milion US dollar for armament

If equipped with MIDLAS and Data link or similar illumination radar, yes.
But Siper won't be available to MIDLAS till midst or end of 2025.
Siper is also a Navy project so MIDLAS is considered in all blocks of Siper.
