No matter son-in-law resigned, interest rates were raisen, dollar remains it's position against Lira as 8.

Erdogan still is the president :) that's why.

I posted a video where Babacan commented on it. It's not going to be enough to fix the economy, and he said they'd be willing to send their own team to fix the economy if called upon.

Economic corporations are'nt enough to beef up the economy. There must be political corporation that stop extracting the economy.
It's not just mindset, need to establish constructive political corporations.
A lot of things need to do.
I strongly recommend reading " why nations fail" Daron Acemoğlu.

And Timur Kuran's books.

Aslowdown in imports combined with an increase in Turkey’s exports has created a problem in finding empty containers for Turkish exporters, and firms are worried about orders sitting in warehouses.
Exporting companies have faced growing logistical problems since the beginning of the month, according to a report by Turkish daily Dünya on Thursday that said firms are worried about losing customers if the container problem is not resolved by the new year since their warehouses are reaching full capacity.
The number of ships and containers coming into the country has decreased with the decline in imports, resulting in an insufficient number of containers for sea freight. The increase in freight rates over the period also increased the container costs significantly.
Exporters claim they have not been able to find empty containers for the last month and drew attention to the threefold increase in the price of empty containers on a dollar basis.
Burak Önder, the chairperson of the Association of Household and Kitchenware Manufacturers and Exporters (EVSID), said they have received many complaints from members who have recently experienced problems in sea transportation of exports and that the root of the problem is the increase in exports and decrease in imports in recent months.

Önder said there are three main problems, the first of which is equipment shortages.
“There are problems especially in finding empty containers,” he said.
The second problem is a shortage in reservations, since the businesses cannot make reservations for destinations that are full.
“The third is the increase in freight prices. Although we do not usually feel this, especially our customers complain about the increase in freight prices. This problem arising from our logistics infrastructure creates difficulties for the exports. These three problems trigger each other,” he said.
Önder added, “If we cannot solve this problem by the new year, we may experience customer losses.”
Noting that the containers are full due to the increase in exports, Armature Association Chairperson Gökhan Turhan said, “If there is not enough cargo on the import side, exporters have to return with empty containers, which causes the shipowners to increase the export freight.
“The same situation can be seen in road loads, however, since the costs that ports take from us on the seaway are in foreign currency, our expenses increase,” he added.

I guess they have to build more container depots and increase partnership with the carriers. The upcoming port of candarli should have some yard´s completely dedicated for empty-containers. Izmirs alsancak port is to small.

Sad, just sad.
Babacan said in the video i shared that public tender law was amended over 200 times or so after it was made according to EU standards. And TWF wasn’t subject to questioning by parliament or auditing.

1. I'm not against foreign investments, as long as its done transparent and at market value. No backdoor agreements.

2. Lira will fluctuate until the central bank has the confidence of foreign investors again. And confidence is build over year and can be lost in Turkey with a single Erdogan press conference. He's quiet for now and the central bank moves in the right direction. But it will take a while before things can go back to normal, if things are still repairable.

TWF, accountability & transparency. Transparency alone isn’t going to work, and as long as the current ruling is in place the rest won’t come. RTE calls and overrules everything.

rule of law must be established.

Lol... they're dragging out the process. They know damn well what needs to be done.

This is a little show for the turkish people.

Turning over 10% of BIST to Qatar is according to the economist a clear surrender to global markets. You're turning over 10% of Turkey's entire wealth (in BIST) to the global markets.

If I had the power I would zero the entire wealth of all politicians, everything handed over to the state for 0. Especially AKP and MHP.

Allow them to keep a house and one car.

The mindset of this quasi opposition is so sick. 60-65% of all stock market shares belongs to western investors and there is no word against it.

Say that to Reis he seems to be needing more FDI. He could just turn his family and relatives and AKP wealth into TWF. Should cover some of the need for FDI.

People are always jealous of succesful people. LOL
I have no such need Allaha sükür, and trying to brush aside my worry for my nations people by saying I'm jealous is pretty low.

Why? Because politicians who does business or such is bound to be bribed, or ppl will curry favours from them by prioritizing business dealings with them.

That is why rahmetli Ecevit is IMO a good example of how a politician should be.

Just LOL

A politician that brings wealth and glory to the nation is a worthy politician. One who does so despite all enmity is one of a kind.

The corrupt kind, yes.

According to how you defend RTE, you must think he can do no wrong, and TWF not subject to Transparency and accountability, and auditing, and tender laws is not necessary.
