Instead of asking for a licence, ask for know-how. IMO Roketsan would see no problem in transferring some technology and helping to develop RN01 (or whatever is logical) once enough orders have been placed.

As I said, if Indonesia had made a smart move, there could have been a TB2 production facility there by now, for the Asian market.

Previously i am already posting Ditjen Pothan visit to Kale industry and Roketsan, as Indonesia is aiming to sufficient in AShM technology including rocket engine and guidance technology system. And Indonesia in this deal is aiming to get those key technology through assistance development plan between Indonesia Turkey industry. What i get previously they want to have similar agreement with Norway Kongsberg through NASAAM and NSM deal, but the deal already fell through years ago
