The audacity of these people is immeasurable.

"Unmanned Navy Vehicle" - yeah.

I once advised a student team and they were capable of doing this in 2016-2017, through COTS and few dollars worth equipment. There is something called "Pixhawk" magic controller board. Also notice, "Navy" Equipments, yeah.

I'd say better for the Coast Guard, and they totally need to improve on marketing
Please enlighten me, how would this happen?

The Coast Guard needs platforms that can withstand severe weather conditions, this could at best be a toy for the Fisheries Control Department, Port Authorities and so on, moreover just to fund the company (hence the owners) without actually using the platform except for the promotional videos of the affiliated departments. This "funding" would not return to R&D as an additional use but would go straight into the pockets of certain people.

The eye of the deep is ready for duty! DERİNGÖZ Autonomous Underwater Vehicle can be used in many critical missions such as underwater research, reconnaissance and surveillance, mine detection, pipeline inspection, port and base protection, thanks to its high maneuverability, precise navigation ability, optical and sonar imaging technologies. The first diving system tests of DERİNGÖZ, which can be used for both military and civilian purposes, have been successfully completed.

Do you think we're going to get a anti-air usv with Sungur? I honestly think there is a pretty good potential there.

Out of fear of Ukrainian unmanned boats (and anti-ship missiles), the Russians have completely hidden their Black Sea Fleet in remote bases. They transferred several of their small missile ships to the Caspian Sea.
This is simply amazing.
Putin has already replaced the 3rd commander of the Black Sea Fleet, but there is no point.
You know, even to me, an amateur in maritime affairs, all the actions of the Russians in the Black Sea seem simply ridiculous.

And how much empty boasting and arrogance the Russians had before the war!
“Russian anti-ship missiles completely control the entire Black Sea basin!”
“The legendary Russian Black Sea Fleet is the strongest on the Black Sea!”
“The Black Sea is a Russian lake!”

But today not a single “legendary” Russian ship is visible in the Black Sea.

Hey Russians! Where are you?! Where did you hide it?!
Go out into battle! ☠️
Oh, are you afraid?!
Well, okay, okay, hide deeper :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Still there are russian submarines that control the sea , thats why i said i hope Turkiye build more submarimes , they are like cats , ( Apex Predators) Hard to find and take them out . Russia can still use air force to force others out of black sea , so its no win , for both sides warships .

In the current modern warfare, battle ships are like tanks. An easy target.

The Russian Naval tradition is a dad joke. Give them the USS Gerald Ford CSG if you will, they'll run that to the ground as well.

That’s right. I would focus on submarines. Hard to detect and very deadly.

Sancar was displayed with quad-sungur (on Yalman). Navy is not interested in that for now but companies are offering Remote-SAMs for some countries. TN, here, is up to modularity such that both UMTAS or Sungur can be used on the same station.

I'm kinda surprised our navy isn't interested in it, I thought usvs that could operate hundreds of kms away from the fleet and threaten enemy aerial assets would've been a great force multiplier for us.

I found in another Forum a Concept of Marlin SIDA with Air Defence from @Kaan Azman . The SIDAS can become the hunted by ASW Helicopters or Drones. In a SIDA Swarm belongs one or some SIDAS which are Air Defence Capable to Counter the Threat from UCAV and Helicopters.
