TNI bisa beroperasi di Australia dan tentara Australia bisa beroperasi di Indonesia, sama pelatihan. Kalo kerjasamanya sampe kayak gini, yakin lama-lama bakal (hampir) gak ada bedanya sih atau fully interoperable.

This is the most interesting part, IMHO:

(Prabowo) : singled out the need for Australian help in areas such as agriculture, food security and international drug trafficking. [...]

(Albanese) : "It will be a vital plank for our two countries to support each other's security, which is vital to both countries, but also to the stability of the region that we share,"

Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but it appears to me that Prabowo's words were more inward-looking to keep things neutral and not provocative, while Albanese's ones were more outward-looking and could be taken as a warning. Still, it doesn't mean that they have different perspectives, especially since they have already reached an agreement like this.
