Possibly 4 years if it is not insisted to be built in PAL.

Better than getting a second hand platform to scrap it 10 years later and fight with maintanence of outdated mechanical systems and restrictions due to the design.

And since the delivery of Gribaldi will take 2 years at minimum with refurbishing and so on, make it 4 years and get a better ship. (Also a ship likely provisioned with future system installation).
