Turkish President: "We extended our hand to Bashar Assad, but he did not respond."

(...)

"Idlib, Hama, Homs and of course the target is Damascus. This march of the opposition continues. We hope that this march in Syria continues without any accidents or trouble."

And what did Assad do against the PKK exactly?
They sold land and sponsored US proxies in exchange for Turkiye's terrorism problem continue. They forcibly deported 5 million people to Turkiye or forced to live near the borders of the Turkish state under tents, they always opposed our anti-terror operations and even became a shield for the PKK. As I write these, the regime and its iranian militas are evacuating the west of Deir ez-Zor as a result of the agreement it made with the PKK. We practically begged the regime. But even in their last days, they are still working about how to harm Turkiye at most when gone.

Erdogan is making Syria ready for a Israeli annexation.

Soon the IDF will invade Syria and steamroll HTS/FSA and other towelhead-takfiri’s, because Israel will never accept HTS at their borders.

West-Syria will be a part of Great Israel.

East-Syria will be Kurdistan.

And if Turkish army resists, Trump will bomb the shit out of them.

Unless the regime is overthrown without any direct external intervention, Turkiye's military intervention can be used as an instrument to prevent these operations from achieving their goal. Finally, remember Operation Peace Spring (or Spring Shield later), we were under international pressure from all stakeholders in the Syrian issue, from the EU to Russia, from the US to the Gulf countries, from Israel to Iran, the international press tried to decontextualize the purpose of the operation and started extraordinary counter-propaganda. We were threatened with official letters by US and Russia and even regime bloc complained to the UNSC. We experienced these difficulties because the Syrian opposition has no international legitimacy even in 2019. They were ignored even during the Astana process, and until last week even Assad was ignoring them and millions of exiled people.

When the opposition gains that legitamacy, this will not only be the victory of HTS. HTS constitutes approximately 1/3 of all joint opposition forces as a military force. SNA umbrella have at least this much of it is. In a scenario where the opposition wins, I believe that the Turkish state will not be on the losing side. Because we know their innermost veins, our both political and inteligance capability is very high. More importantly, we are their only ally that has never given up supporting their struggle even their darkest days, for vast majority of society. Today, even the bread in Idlib's bakeries is baked with flour from Turkiye.

The ypg-pkk members know very well what will happen even just the Russian airspace control is over. I see the end of patience as good, I hope we will reap the fruits of the years of suffering, this time. Now that things have come to this point, if we think that the opposition should not overthrow the regime, that would be a historical mistake. Because as I write these, the regime is probably negotiating a new agreement with the ypg-pkk. If the same terrorist organization sending sympathetic messages to HTS causes some fears, it is necessary to see the other side of the coin and consider which conditions are more manageable.
let me tell you about my fear remember saddam ?? when he was overthrown iraq divided in a way that it will never units even barzani had referendum for independence if that referendum wasn't happening at the same time of Catalan's referendum we would have kurdistan. when taliban took over afghanistan US and Europe didnt recognize it as legitimate government of afghanistan. that jolani guy will face the same problem to think that we assad whole thing will end is pure stupidity

guess how jolani will get that recognition ?? via dealing with YPG by that time it will be too late for us to do anything

i wanted us to move from manbij all the way to iraqi border you want us to move to Damascus to overthrow Assad lets compare best and worst scenario of our path

in my best case scenario see us first we blocked PKK from reaching mediterria and iranians from returning to syria and we overthrow assad later.

my worst case we blocked the pkk but assad remain on power even with this we will have blocked PKK, having control over oil field to boost the rebels and water. in this case we can open the Tabqa Dam dam empty the water and cut the water going into the Euphrates from turkey and creating water crisis for PKK along with bombing their oil field and geographical isolation making it impossible for Americans to continue their nation building project eventually they will leave then we will destroy PKK and rebels will get even more oil field

in your best case scenario we will take Damascus then HTS invite us then what ?? Americans are still there protecting PKK remember they shoot our drone

in your worst case scenario PKK will attack assad or assad will give more concession in order the save himself. scenario

1) if they attack assad from the norh and american from jordan and israel attack from south they create direct link to PKK territory by the time jolani reached Damascus everything will be over country will be divided just like saddam and americans make a deal with russians and give the alevi coasts to them as new state hence russians will keep atleast one of their objective thats save their naval base in Mediterranean their second objective is to pervent iranians reach Mediterranean to sell their oil and gas to europe

2) if assad give more concession then americans will connect PKK to Mediterranean from the south, stop jolai's advanced and kick the russians from the Mediterranean while assad regime as puppets will survive and war will last for so long that americans declare that syria as sovereign state is over and will be divided into 3 different part

can you see from my perspective now ??

Reports coming that all Russian personnel in Damascus are being evacuated to Latakia with their families.

An hour ago, RTE had made a statement to members of the press in front of the Imam Ali Mosque saying, "The target of the Syrian opposition is Damascus."

Wouldn't such a move of Israel give Türkiye a very good reason to annex North of Syria? When they are fine with Israel annexing south, they can't say anything against Türkiye. No? I mean everyone already don't give a flying fck about international law.

nothing he sell land to them for survival. we can have the same deal with him if he surrender all the west bank of euphrates all the way to iraqi border hence we will blocked PKK's connection to Mediterranean.

If Americans come out saying we can't work with HTS because they are terrorists or something, we can just rename them to DTS and keep on keeping on lmao

Whoreson Brett McGurk would love that.

only super powers can ignore international law since they can veto UN embargos. we are neither a super power nor have backing of one so we cant ignore international law and annexing north wont help us blocking PKK from Mediterranean

Amazing how years of painful gains (with massive Russian, Iranian, Hezbollah, Shia militias support) are being reversed in a matter of weeks.

The morale is very low, the Syrian army isn't what it used to be (full of hardline Assadists ready to die for their "god"), now it is just something looking like "an army" full of demoralized conscripts which lost its best elements in the last years.

Assad's days are numbered.

And hopefully Syria can enter decades of rebuilding and flourishing, but it will take time, and all those with weapons in their hands won't let go of them anytime soon.

Assad regime is handing over the areas of the eastern Raqqa line, west of the Euphrates, to PKK/YPG terror group.
As expected, noone can blame Assad for doing this as it is inevitable to defend the capital and survive.

What he can be blamed is for; He could accept monitoring of TR and let them mediate, hold the capital and oil fields. He clearly favors losing it all and never mediating with rebels, or accepting Turkiye's negotiation offers.

I was happy to see rebel gains, but when i think deeper into it , we will see that we will be neighbours with Israel and Pkkistan. USA will bomb our troops if we touch pkk in syria. Thats why we cannot prevent the pkk in east syria if trump comes in power. He loves the ypg and will do anything to help them.

Unless we finish it before trumps gets to power. That would be the best case scenario.

With what manpower? Does Israel annex anything? hahah. People who don´t understand military affairs should not talk.

East-Syria will not be SDF they will join the new government if Damascus is taken.. As for Israel lmao that is completely joke. Israel is a tiny nation doesn´t have manpower to take southern Lebanon you think they have manpower for nearly 40 million armed syrians hahah. Get outta here bro.

Also not to forget Israel can´t go to war for another 10-15 years until next generation comes. they army is decimated thru two brutal wars

This is what will happen. rebuilding of Syria just like how Afghanistan is going thru a rapid phase of rebuilding. They are building highways, canals etc etc
