Lanying R6000 is a six-ton tiltrotor aircraft independently developed by United Aircraft, combining vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) capabilities of helicopter with the fast cruising speed of fixed-wing aircraft. It sets a new benchmark for long-distance, point-to-point efficient transport. By the exceptional speed, range, and payload capacity, it is able to perform diverse tasks effortlessly in challenging terrains and narrow urban spaces to lead urban air traffic into a new era. The R6000 is not just an innovative product. It is also a revolutionary breakthrough in urban air transportation, logistics, emergency rescue, and other fields. It propels us into a new era of efficient, intelligent three-dimensional transportation with unprecedented convenience and efficiency.

This design suffers from unreliability because of its complexity.
For civilian use there is not a compelling advantage, military can take risks but why risk civilians.
I would go with other designs that can be more reliable and efficient.
Complexity comes from the fact that shafts coming from each engine go to the other engine to continue operation in case of a single engine failure. Also the newly added propeller tilting adds more complexity. The large downwash of propellers at take of hits the wings and energy is wasted. In cruise large propellers prevent the ship from speeding past a certain limit.

There are variations of this concept proposed by other companies but there is not a built product. Needs to built a lot of eventless flight hours to be considered an option.

My favorite is a variation of this design by Karem Aircraft.
