The Iranian army is technologically backward. The Iranian air force is capable of making you cry. The Iranian navy is only capable of intimidating neighboring Arab countries. The US and Israel can bomb Iran until they run out of bombs. In a non-contact war, Iran has no answer other than ballistic missiles.
About 20 Iranian ships have already been sunk.
Trump has stated (among other things) that the Iranian fleet will be completely sunk.
All of this is possible and will most likely happen.
Except for one thing: the Iranians will not be intimidated by war.

As the UK is infested with Islamists, I can imagine a lot of Brits are pro-Israel in reaction to this. Yes, UK has too many radical Islamists. That is because the emphasis the UK government puts on multi cultural society we live in. They have allowed too many radicalised islamists in to the country. And let them fester in their circles the poison they brought with them. The government go out of their way to show that there is no religious and racial divide and discrimination in the country.
Almost all TV adverts have a coloured or non-English person in it. Majority of the newscasters are not white English. If you are coloured or of an Asian origin, or part of an LGBT group you get more chance of getting a media job than a White normal Englishman.
Also the media outlets try to show they are not anti-Semitic whilst trying to be impartial. That infuriates the Jewish staff in the media outlets where they are noT in control. (as per recent times they have been the culprits of massacres against the Palestinians.)

Apart from that, majority of the media outlets are managed by Jewish led organisations.
Where they are not present in numbers they criticise the outlet by bombarding them with letters and legal stuff, accusing them of being anti semitic. (Like in the case of BBC)

ITV-4 channel is the exception, as it has been giving good impartial coverage of atrocities Israelis have been committing in Gaza and the West Bank.

The British PM is a Barrister. A lawman. He knows this last attack was unlawful. And has kept his distance by not supporting US and Israel. Trump is angry with him for that. Although there is a lot of pro US/Israel sentiment in the country, those with brains can see that this is a totally unnecessary fight. As per the Jewish lady in Tel Aviv said; This is to save BiBi . A ballistic munition fired from Iran and found to be heading towards Turkish airspace after crossing Iraqi and Syrian airspace was engaged and neutralized in a timely manner by NATO air and missile defense elements stationed in the Eastern Mediterranean.

It was determined that the piece of ammunition that fell in the Dörtyol district of Hatay province belonged to the air defense ammunition that intercepted the threat in question after it was destroyed in the air. There was no loss of life or injury in the incident.

If you live in the UK you should also be aware of the weekly demonstrations in London against the Israeli bombardment of Gaza. The British people are inclined to protest when they become aware of unacceptable action being taken against people in other parts of the world.

The missile likely flew through Turkish airspace but was aimed at a target in the Mediterranean. It's unlikely that Iran, in such a critical situation, would have attacked Turkey.

If you check below map, you will see that where the remnants of the interceptor fell, Dortyol is 20-25km north of Iskenderun. That is too far north of Cyprus. It probably was going for the Incirlik-Adana airforce base. It is now a Turkish base for use of NATO too.

Also that line goes all the way to Konya (top left of the map) , where NATO AWACS planes have been stationed and operating by the Iranian border during this conflict.
