US has two missile systems in the Iran theatre that can achieve this: ATACMS and PrSM.
ATACM has a 300km range with a single rocket launcher and is good for stationary targets. After 2016 there was a program to make ATACMS that can hit moving sea targets. But it was later shelved. So if the Iranian naval assets were stationary, ATACMS could have done the deed.

PrSM increment 1 has a range of 500km with dual rocket launcher. It can now hit moving sea targets as tested in 2024 during SINKEX exercise in the Pacific with the help of drones and high altitude balloons.
Increments 2-4 missiles will have up to 1000km range. This will give better stand off distances to the launchers.

Türkiye was thought to have a program to produce a 500km range Bora missile that can hit sea targets. But it still hasn’t materialised. It is now rumoured that Tayfun may have a version with that capability. (the last test in October 2025 involved hitting a sea target. But it wasn’t specified as a moving one). So the time will show. Current Tayfun missiles have GOLIS guidance (Go onto Location In Space). In other words only good for stationary targets. Tayfun in its last test managed a 750km range with a CEP accuracy of better than 10m.
