Iranians may be killed by the thousands and they will continue fighting. In the US, we will have midterm elections this year and coffins with the American flag will be a disaster for Trump.

Many countries are supporting Iran "behind the scenes." However, no one wants to officially commit because this war has the potential to escalate significantly, so there is a lot of caution.
By the way, this war is not "against Iran." In a macro analysis, it is an American movement against the Chinese and everything that Iran represents (key country in the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative, oil reserves, geographically well-located, etc.).
