yah its allowed (technically), but its really bad sportsmanship to do....kind of desperate stuff.

India won the t20 WC yah (and there is drama unlocked from it for some time)..... this incident is from ongoing BD-PAK ODI series.

It's tied 1-1, someone is gonna win the 3rd one hehe. let see!
