Iran shot down the fighter by itself, both of Russia and China not provied Iran the AirDefence system, no S-300(they used to had but damaged), no FK-3000(even no FK-2000).
It is not impossible to shot down a fighter, Iran should do better.

As I said earlier Iran developed optic guided systems 358 or 359. They are only ones which do the job. They are quite effective against slow flying UAVs but very very poor against jets.
