Every single software that is active today somehow one form or another goes through Israel or an Israeli owned server. Every single one. They are embedded in all sectors with internet connection. It's simply just good business for every company. Book a holiday, use a phone, book plane tickets, use ID verification to log in to your twitter account, even E devlet. Pieces that don't take this into account and go for scare tactics like this is simply playing children's games.
It's not "take care to do this and not this", from the moment you enter any website, your data is being collected by Israeli firms. There's no realistic workaround this either. Just accept that this is the case and reduce your e-footprint if this is an issue for you.

I preferred the existing design - it was simple and easy on the eye. yet modern
and timeless.
This A-shaped symbol is hard to make out, a simpler logo with ‘aselsan’ as the main element would have been better.

However, since the project only officially launched on May 18, 2026, exact specifications (such as processor type, RAM size, or camera megapixels) have not yet been released to the public.
The current status regarding sales and technical specifications is as follows:
* Broad market launch via Türk Telekom: As Türk Telekom is the driving force behind commercial distribution, the new smartphones will be available to regular consumers. Distribution is planned via Türk Telekom's online channels and physical stores.
* Financing options: As is common with other brands, the device is expected to be offered to end users in Turkey with convenient installment plans linked to the monthly mobile phone bill.

* Processor & AI: Integration of a dedicated NPU (Neural Processing Unit) to perform advanced on-device AI applications (such as offline translations or hardware-encrypted voice assistants) without relying on external cloud queries.
* Security Chip (Secure Element): A physically isolated crypto chip on the motherboard, developed by ASELSAN, stores passwords, biometric data, and encryption keys separately from the main processor to block hardware spyware.
* Operating System & Software: A modified and hardened Android base (or a completely custom user interface) that is free of Google or third-party trackers that typically send data to servers abroad.
* Network Compatibility: The devices are technologically optimized for the Open RAN networks of Türk Telekom subsidiaries Netsia and Argela, ensuring improved reception and battery life on the Turkish mobile network.
Once the partners reveal the first prototype specifications, we will know more about the display and cameras.

That is brilliant.
I have had my Samsung phone for only 2-3 years now but I am already considering an Aselsan phone. If the hardware is competitive and the price is acceptable even the pride factor alone is enough for me to switch. My Samsung model is listed among the devices that come with wiretapping built in. So I want to say goodbye to the foreign stuff altogether like last year. They should make models that can be used like computers connected to a big screen and I will say goodbye to PC too.
