Remember how we were talking about Japanese delegation visiting Baykar while back and they were saying that they were “learning” from us! Also how they were seriously considering TB-2 and TB-3! All those followed up by this, we should be talking and speculating about this and maybe declaring a forum holiday or something.

And yet, look where they’ve rolled us down now, the bottom of a **** hole.

Seems my theory is somewhat real. It's an f110 clone, or it's an honest to god f110.

There was some chatter on the forum about our lack of engines and how we would get over it if Americans imposed an embargo. I remember people saying unlicensed f110 production would be beyond the pale. This "Güçhan" (cringe name btw) might well be the answer. Even if this particular engine is not a Turkish production (meaning a complete sham), this is basically us declaring our intent to put an f110 clone in KAAN. And let's be real, I have complete trust in TEI, TRmotor and other companies to be able to actually clone an f110 in 2 years tops.

I'm gonna be a little controversial and say we can produce a complete F-16 from scratch right now and if a US embargo happens, there is no real reason we shouldn't.

I also believe that the Güçhan 42000 is likely a rebranded F-110 engine, assembled through global MRO channels using overhauls, spare parts and proprietary components (e.g. the cold section) – a ‘Frankenstein’ engine.
The whole display at SAHA 2026 serves only to demonstrate that this is a new engine; thus, the burden of proof lies with the US to show that it is an F-110 in a different casing.
But without access to the engine, they would have to file a lawsuit in a Turkish court to gain access to the engine and prove patent and licence infringements – a process likely to take years; thus, with the TF-35000, TEI theoretically had enough time to bring the engine into series production by 2032+ to replace the Güçhan.

Oh, that's a Lycoming T53. I think someone is trying to replace Görgün as R&D chief and SSB as main coordinator for R&D. No other way to see this.

Güçhan is nothing but a sham. The engine present in the fair is exactly F110, a used one with visible tear, paints, polishing.

I strongly advise you to not follow some liars, propagandists and traitors who attempts to divide us - blindly, appoint to your intellect, conscience and lastly spider senses.

TurAF has unmatching ,in global theathre, factory / depot level maintenance capabilities, even the leading companies of aircraft, uav, engine designer and manufacturers camp at the bases to learn from technicians and skilled people, and the culture. Yet, this capability has nothing to do with designing an engine from scratch, or testing a newly made engine, nor integrating it to an aircraft.

Designing, manufacturing, certifying an engine takes a collective effort among TurAF maintenance teams, TEI excellence, Tübitak material casting and TRMotors assistance in accessories. Where this MSB Ar&Ge is nothing that you expect.

This is probably a veiled message to the USA: "If you don't sell us the F-110s, we'll copy them, and we've already copied six." But I think it contains a major technical misjudgment. Copying jet engines is harder than manufacturing the engine itself. They'll notice it during the qualification test.

Companies themselves doesnt need to know. Company like TEI fully knowing means GE knowing about Güçhan thus USA.

What is the point of any secret project if you cant recruit your own scientists or ask them questions without permission of America? MSB Ar-ge has an equivalent in America may be you have heard about it. Its called freaking DARPA !

So Güçhan is no joke, neither is YıldırımHan which relies on simply mixing 2 HIGHLY reactive liquids. A simple design once you master chemical mass production steps. This is the same reaction powers Russian liquid fuel ICBMS. It is a well proven and a very old method. It is all very real. Nukes ICBMS are ancient techs. We chould have had these decades ago. But political will was subservient not independent.

I don't know how much you are being paid, or funded to what extends that you don't feel ashamed to spread this BS.

Stealing the scene, "attention", securing someone's promotion, receiving "funds" to "distribute" among some people who has zero background knowledge on the matter, i also bet it is someone that likely wasn't hired in / appointed at Roketsan / TEI. I bet the motive is 90% individual while 10% is being manipulated and orchestrated by a greater mind that takes advantage of personal corruption and abuses it for slashing the prestige of Turkish Defense Industry.
