Looks cool but ultimately pointless for us; those drones have 5-10 km range at most, if a TB2 can already fly that close with impunity we would barely need them.
TB2 and TB3 are designed to get up close and fight. Munitions such as MAM-L pack a punch and proved to be quite effective, but there is absolutely a need for drones too.
Besides, it looks like it would need some time to release all of the drones one by one, meaning it has to circle the target area (if there is one) making it even an easier target.
It would take less than a minute to release them all. Once released they can to varying degrees act independently.
I've mentioned this concept multiple times before.
If you look at the Iran-US war, Iran hit US bases with ballistic missiles. Not all these hits necessarily targetted HVTs, many just hit nearby. Shaheds were more numerous and more accurate, but a Shahed is still more expensive than a small quadcopter.
If the software and targeting systems on these quadcopters are good enough, a single TB2 could wipe out all assets on an airbase in minutes. Anything that looks like a plane will be pounced on, and with the communication between these little menaces, it's likely that each quadcopter will focus on its own target rather than multiple drones wasted on a single target.
When an airbase stretches for kilometres you have two choices, quadcopters or Gazap
