Old good friend. We loosed years with dreaming him tobe turn real.
Old? There are older designs than those.
We didn't have any experience to build those hulls back then, most of the team who has worked on those designs are still working at same or similar companies, and companies who has designed it in times of scarcity (in terms of personnel) has now grown remarkably.
Now we have plenty of the experience with TCG Anadolu, building these (except RMK's for some reason associated with design stage) wouldn't be too hard.
The problem is, do we need them as is , since TCG Anadolu will cover most of the roles, or in a modified way to replace TCG Iskenderun and increase size of transport fleet of TN in Future.

I do not think I've ever seen anyone acquire tri-vessel. Is a catamaran type really viable for Navy ? Displacement... tonnage... how'd it do in different sea levels ?

EDIT: Had to youtube it

US has LCS -II, they have marketed it several times, as well as Austal has done the marketing but not succeeded. Converting to (not as is) USV now.
Indonesia had a trimaran patrol boat-FAB project.
Russia has revealed a conceptual design of a OPV- frigate, not expected soon.
China has revealed a similar design, as a patrol frigate, not expected soon.
UK has again revealed a conceptual design for OPV - patrol frigate, not expected soon.

It has some benefits; large deck area especially for landing spots, larger hangar and multi mission bay area or multiple stern ramps for deploying UUV-USV. Much better stability, the height can increase remarkably and more VLS can be added on high -flat locations.
Disadvantages, stability in damaged conditions, unorthodox design which is complex to build and assess, usually requires better -high quality material and light weight strucuture, much worse seaworthiness than monohulls.

Capture2.JPG

In size and equipment it resembles of Bangladesh LPC requirements. Seen in TAIS stand in SahaExpo, posting it in here because it highly resembles Chinese LPC variants and can be,again, a work of 3D Artist but not the company. thus assuming it as a concept.
What is seen so far:
1x Smash 30MM
2x Stamp 12.7 mm
1x Smart-S (or equilavent with simple ESM)
1x Aselsan AKR (Looks like basic block)
2x Naval mine rails at the stern.
8x SSM (seen 4 in the model)
All fits into Bangladesh LPC requirements except the tonnage and CIWS

Solved:
It was a solution offered to Malaysia for Keris class LCS.
Not Solved:
Apparently it was a new design, derivative of old Keris class offer.

Looks like an enlarged variant of FBP D60 by Delta Marine and a hybrid(downgrade) of C-1200 (Corvette 78) &FBP D60

Pay attention to the frigate.
Looks like the form which was offered to the Brazil but slightly different.
16VLS
Different mast, different radar, sides of exhaust is repurposed as RHIB station.

So, did SSB leak a future procurement, intentionally?
@Combat-Master looks like it uses korkut-iha on the poop deck.
@Test7 i am excited about this and making some calls right now please add Defencehub stamp :)
This reminds me the boat which Ekber Onuk has mentioned in the last interview, the boat seems to be composite and around 55 meters.

76mm
2x12.7 mm RCWS
Korkut-iha,
2x4 SSM
EW Suite
Comm antenna
Probably 3D search radar buried in mast
AKR-D Block-A
360 degree bridge

If they intend to replace retired Kartal class with this and Doğan/Kılıç-Class with FAC55, this is awesome.
Deleted the source, let others search and find it :p

This is a French FS56 patrol boat.
Unfortunately.
Why the hell SSB uses a foreign ship on the videos even though it is meant for fun?
I was fooled by seeing this before TCG Anadolu and assumed it to be a Turkish design.

In retrospect, it was not like an Onuk design.

Also the tweet defined “hücum” but put a LHD picture, so maybe they probably mean “amphibious assault” type ship, so why they chose the other ship? Probably they don’t know what they are doing?
