Turkey would get acces economicly to the whole Caucasian market, even the Baku-Tiblisi railway could reach Jerevan. This would give Turkey a international diplomatic boost and destroy the Armenian Lobby.

2.- Another punch for the Armenian Lobby: restoring relations with Israel. The AIPAC was Turkey's iron shield in Washington and the international arena against the Armenian Lobby. Israel refused warming ties with Armenia because of their good relations with Turkey. Israeli schoolbooks and mainstream media and universities didnt mention Armenian stories/claims/accusations against Turkey. This changed after Turkey broked their solid band with Israel. To bring Israel back to our side we must restore our relations. This would also help our Mavi Vatan strategy. With Israel on your side, you dont have to fear American or European pressure or sanctions. Israel would buy Turkish products, give them a methamorphose and sell it to the EU as Israeli products. They did this in the past and would do it again.

3.- To break the lobby of the GCC-states (House of Saud, UAE) we must restore relations with Egypt. Befriending Sissi means punching Greece, UAE and South-Cyprus together in their face. It would also make our mission in the East Med easier.

4.- Peace with Syria. We lost already to much money in this shithole. Turn back home, send those 4 million refugees back and let Assad and the US and the Kurds slaughter eachother. This will give us access to the Syrian market and they need a lot of us. And we can delimitate our EEZ with them.

Egypt will not befriend Turkey as long as you hold oppostion channels in Istanbul and that alone make you impossible to ally with them.
