Marine is best to operate as part & alongside the Navy. And as I recall, the only country that has the Marine as a separate service branch is USMC. And even that is due to their own specific history rather than something that was born out of organizational necessity.

Not necessary a submarine launched torpedo, but light torp.

Submarine launched torpedo is much easier to develop, compared to a light weight torpedo (for the initial stage).
Nobody cares how big and how heavy is the HWT as long as it fits to the tube, pretty large volume to work for engineers and launched via flooding the tube thus again relatively easier for the initial tests.

Aircraft carrier and submarine mothership,I think special hatch to deploy mobile suit is needed.
they should add quad ion thruster or ducted rotor so it can fly , don't forget the cutting edge advanced camouflaging system .

The angled flight deck look bad if the aircraft failed to take off it is straight to the giant rotor.
