I hope necessary steps will be done and an American company can be acquired. NuScale Power seems a valuation between around 5-6B $.
It will be definitely hard to acquire such a company but since there are a lot of company like this, Baykar can have possibility to acquire one of them. NuScale has already some contracts. It means that it can be a good investment in addition to know-how transfer.
