Short and medium range GBAD in Romania for Eastern Shield 2026 exercises. 35mm guns, Sungur, Korkut and Hisar-O. Another Hisar-O is in Azerbaijan for an exercise. We are now in a position where 2 complete batteries can be sent outside the country for international exercises.

Unfortunately it is not a mini Gökdeniz since it is a chain gun not a revolver cannon so it has low rate of fire .
Are Just low speed Kamikaze drones Naval threats for a warship?

Why do you think a naval gun, when being tested on land, fires at land targets? Given the absence of a perceived threat from the land, could these be "initial" tests for sea-skimming missiles?

This gun will also strike kamikaze unmanned surface vessels. Don't forget!

Edit: although it is not revolver cannon, this gun has 600 per minute rate of fire which is very neat! I thought it was around 200.

Hasn't Gürz become a very complicated product ?
And what is the price tag and if you were going to take out Gürz how would you do it ?
I would like to have Ukrainian drone war teams to point out it's weaknesses.
Considering how We (NATO) have Ukraine participate in these excersizes, and school our defense in shortcommings.
Their insights would be bloody appreciated.

Gürz at least in this (airforce) configuration is not designed against fpv drones nor to be directly on the front this more of all on one base protection against cruise missile and other air vehicles larger than a shahed drone. There are also simpler variants of gürz on truck and apcs

The idea behind latest Gürz system might be that: the previous Gürz had 4 radars so don't waste them and we must add some Bozdoğan missiles. Then next problem occurs , current radars not capable for mid range. So need to make radar arrays bigger.

First of all, with your permission.
There is no such thing as a chain gun or revolver cannon. You mean single-barrel weapons like the Shmash or multi-barrel weapons like the Gatlings.
As for the rate of fire, that's the cadence. You can't count it with the naked eye. It's calculated and specified by the manufacturer. Depending on the system, you can adjust the cadence more or less.

"Revolver cannons" refer to cannons that have a cylinder loaded with several bullets; as one bullet is fired, an empty shell casing is ejected. With a normal cannon, the shell casing is ejected first, and then the cannon is reloaded.

Most likely we will see version of korkut (family) with revolver cannons as an offering as i remember aselsan signed contracts for that on SAHA 2026
