More the case with the heavy capital of older generation reactors....as their costs were significant w.r.t westinghouse (US) vs French vs Russian. SMR's on other hand dont have same footprint in capital. They can also be distributed in the power grid lot more easily. That is why NuScale has...

Nah its not Canadian roundel (always has maple leaf - we love our maple leaf lol) Apparently its Singapore (less used) roundel, I am used to the one with the lion on it for them. But yeah without lion, its exact same as TurAF roundel. I guess Peru and couple other red/white flags have same...

Their heritage comes from the Casspir (south africa) if you look at history of Indian requirements and induction (then further production of MRAP inside India based on it etc). They have been further improved to deal with more sorts of IEDs that have been encountered since. I guess it offers a...

If the dry variant models are pretty much similar physically from what we can tell so far, I wouldn't worry about the AB addition lengths all that much. The GE 404 was design driven pretty singlehandedly by the F-18 "apex" versions/variants regarding this, so its AB is pretty long + robust as...

Best arc was to just go for the FN FNC (given massive FAL deployment prior to it in IA), and make a local variant for it with all the production/export/upgrade rights from that point on etc....we would have had a great standardized+constantly upgraded platform by now. India could have easily...

India India gets one of the most powerful non-nuclear bombs, 2x lethal than TNT

I did quick calculation just now, with detonation velocity of 7km/s for TNT and using Kinetic energy is correlated to square of velocity..... twice the lethality means roughly sqrt(7^2 times 2) = 9.8 km/s 9.8 km/s compares favourably to the best out there right now...
