The problem for Pakistan and BD, is if their wealth levels are estimated by credit suisse as say ~10% of India, their market caps are nowhere near 10% of India. i.e rather than 450 billion USD, they are both in the 30 - 50 billion dollar range recently. There is a great dissonance...
