So what?? You will add some thrust control system , when you reach the space, increase speed is easy. You will need to bring siper missile with thrust vector control or hit to kill systems directional change to a suitable altitude by another booster ,not a small one but a booster like space...

Add a huge booster to siper missile to reach space, then with necessary guidance systems it can reach to observation satellites operation altitude to shoot them down.
