I doubt any serious tests have happened. Some subsystem tests might be in progress. Aselsan will deliver the seeker of Siper 3 in 2028. Even if Aselsan delivers an early prototype no serious tests can be done before 2027. Ballistic tests with telemetry can be done in 2026&2027.

Siper 3 first delivery in low number/LRIP won't happen before the end of 2028.
