I'm on your side when it comes to those territories. But saying that Spain couldn't do anything is very wrong. How well would Spain perform vs. Morocco in an open conflict? Add in the factor of NATO and that's usually the end of the story.

I dont know whats more absurd, that the EU would actually be aligned on one foreign policy topic for once, dare to attack Turkey (its a political and economic union after all) or that the US and the EU would double tag Turkey. Greece couldnt even get the EU to agree on anything significant...
