If i recall right the number of the program+Procurment is between 3-5 billion usd. ( 1 billion only the program cost). When it comes to the I-Class/Altay then im refering to the development program excluding procurment.

All the numbers are based on estimates that have been made in the forum. If im not mistaken it was @Yasar that mentioned that the hisar A+, and Hisar o+ have a program cost of aproximentaly 600 million dollars.
