Three YouTubers who interview people on the street were arrested after Erdoğan said that "social media is a threat to democracy". Including İlave Tv, whose videos I often watch. It seems like having control of 95% of the media isn't enough, now Erdoğan wants to eliminate YouTubers who show the...

Look at your nonsense talk. Who has control of the police? Why aren't those terroists being detained? AKP is too busy arresting YouTubers who threaten Erdoğan's image rather than terrorists.

    TR Economy & Updates

At this point it Erdoğan is just f*cking up the economy on purpose. Anyone who still supports him and his party is just a pure moron or simply wants this country to burn. I can see the Lira dropping to $1=25 Lira by the end of the year.

I'm hoping we do.. But all these preparations could have just been done to put pressure on Biden.

They can't get it through their heads that we don't love Assad. We just hate the fact that Erdoğan literally teamed up with the US to destroy Syria and create a PKK terror state in the north. While they were crying about Assad and supporting Islamist rebels, the USA was busy setting up YPG. Yet...

Perhaps they should be kicked like the guy who was in mourning after the SOMA mine disaster. Best to follow AKP tactics am I right?

Right, a master-stroke, or 4D chess... No, it wasn't. I can't believe what I just read. Yeah, imagine if terrorists in for example Bosnia, were allowed to set up bombs and import weapons for years. And then thousands of civilians and troops lose their lives just so you can expose how bad the...

I don't have a list, but I believe they peaked in 2015-2016 after the peace-process ended. Most of our casualties were because of IEDs. Security in the south-east was practically non-existent during the peace process. Which allowed PKK to dig in and set up traps.

You do realise that Turkey conducted operations deep in Iraq long before AKP was a thing? You do realise that PKK was almost finished until AKP made peace with them, allowing them to rearm, ultimately costing thousands of lives for nothing.. You do realise that Erdogan personally demaned that...

So you prefer AKP leaving YPG to grow, and also allowing south-east Turkey to fall into full autonomy rather than a transactional alliance between CHP and HDP, which is literally only happening because of elections? You need to cope with the fact that AKP has been in bed with PKK before, and...

AKP said they will give Kurds full autonomy in 2023. You can do mental gymnastics all the time you want in order to avoid the main point. See I can do the same.

This is a massive exaggeration and falsification of CHP's position. CHP is against PKK/YPG... But after agreeing to allow troops to be deployed across the border multiple times, they've come to the realisation that AKP has no clue what it's doing. We have had years to clean up PKK/YPG... Yet...

The rocky relationship with Russia? The Eastern European countries buying drones? The Turkic nations which had only gained their independence a few decades ago? Those are the only true worthwhile new partnerships I can think of. Maybe along with Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.. Erdo pretty much...

Yes Turkey does have many enemies that will always be enemies. But, you're not forgetting that Erdo has burned so many bridges all because of his ego and his will to appeal to his voter base. He has put Turkey in a terrible position. I saw a video from a well respected geopolitical analyst...

No, if parliamentary system returns, the military will have its shackles removed... Who cares if we get more condemned by the West. As long as the military does what's right for the country. Erdogan on the other hand, took in 8 million refugees for the West and still gets condemned. "Oooo I...

As @POOTIN mentioned, there is more to it than just the deployment of our troops over there. AKP is trying some sneaky stuff to regain votes. But that aside, our deployment in Syria has been a freaking mess. We've lost so many troops to ambushes and mortar fire, and we haven't even responded...

Like how Erdo managed to become enemies with everyone? Yeah, geopolitical 4D chess buddy. Azerbaijan was the only real success. Libya was to a lesser extent. But let's not ignore the elephant in the room. Syria has been a bloody disaster. You know that YPG still gets weapon shipments? What...

Who was it that supported the rebels against Assad again? Who let PKK/YPG cross through Turkey from Iraq to Syria? Who made peace with PKK terrorists? Is he (Erdoğan) not an American asset? If I dig deeper you will start having a cry about it.
