@Anmdt , is it possible to connect "GENESIS" or KEMENT with S-400?

Theoretically it is possible on software side. But not that easy on hardware side. Even we can manage it, it will not has same capability like the western interoperating "plug- and play" system. But let us theoretical be here. How can we connect S-400 with our AWACS, for example?
