Since the Kızılelma is a development aircraft I presume it will first be tested for long runway operation which is safer to do and be adapted for carrier operation afterwards.

I guess it totally depends on how well the development process goes. If they pass the developments stages smoothly without setbacks then I believe it can be ready for deployment earlier than planned.
