You think Israel is keeping its generals in a 5 story building in downtown Tel Aviv during war time? they are all in bunkers controlling the military, they are not incompetent like Iran.

This war is about to escalate further, Israel is about to start targeting Iranian oil and gas infrastructure, and further degrading Iranian military capability, once that is done, nothing can protect Armenia any further.
These Iranians knew the strikes were coming, but still let the political and military and scientific elite live in regular apartments instead of moving them in bunkers or other secure facilties.
What an incompetent country
To attack Iran would require a sustained air campaign, bunker busters generally don't have long range, so you can't really launch them far away from Air Defense systems, so it would require DEAD campaign first and then destruction of underground facilities. Israel doesn't have such capability...
I don't know but $4.6 billion for 40 JF-17 Block 3s sounds too much, $4.6 bil for 64 sounds more plausible
It also doesn't mention that order was simply increased from 16 to 40, it says just a new contract for 40 aircraft, the previous deal for $1.6 bil was signed last year.
