Oscar is close to a 10/10 on many matters at hand (when I rarely mark folks above 5/10 to begin with)....so yes this is useful to compare/contrast with what I posted....I am not surprised one bit at his wording and analysis. The IAF basically operating in a "timid tier" that it is not designed...

Pakistan gets most of its (military) sat intel from PRC...past whats commercially available on open market. PRC is the heavyset ally for these kinds of things as they have the serious capability in it.
