Highly unlikely. Pretty sure Turkiye have the necessary means to built nuke on it’s own. It’s just a matter of political will.

Many countries that have better economy than Turkiye doesn't have hydrocarbons either. Like some members posted above, Turkiye need to produce more value added products, especially high tech goods. Limit your imports and prioritize local production as much as possible instead.

I fail to understand Tusas’s strategy to be honest. Usually you provide local production and know how when there is a huge order at stake. But they practically always give it no matter the order.
