We should be thanking @beijingwalker for pointing out the stark contrast between how protestors are handled in India and in China. Violent protesters in India are duly arrested and the law is followed. In China, peaceful protestors are shot or sent to concentration camps.

Lol. Plausible situation? So multiple people in multiple parts of the world started eating bats at roughly the same time and by a quirk of fate in those multiple locations the same Sars virus developed. That sounds very very plausible.
Hide it? Please provide a proof of anyone raising a red flag and then some cover up happening like it happened in Wuhan with that poor doctor who died.
