Yes but the two vertical fins that i was talking about looks like its built-in to the frame even when delivery. I don't think its detachable. Those two fins are some kind of antennas. You can see this kind of fins (black fins) on the Anka ELINT/SIGINT UAV variant.

Yes i saw this pic but if you look closely the 2 large vertical fins are much closer together than the fins in that pic. I thinks those 2 large vertical fins are antennas.
