I bet they are using thicker material for prototypes and probably they can go for flimsier for production. They should hit a balance for durability and weight. But the primary goal is making it work and the secondary goal is to make it work better.

Two hours operation is way too much for a backpack model. It will depend on payload capacity requirement but electric civilian drones can fly for around 40min with light payload (?) A hybrid drone with electric vertical propellers and gas horizontal propeller like the Aselsan one fits the bill...
